I've come to realize just how important it is to set my intentions with my work, whether it be for my day, week, month or year, I need clarity and vision so that I don't get distracted by other options. Goals also help you keep track of how far you're coming, and breaking them down into smaller steps makes it easier to predict when you will achieve your goals.
