Happy New Year!
Today’s post is short and sweet because I’m enjoying some time off with my loved ones, but I wanted to send you all a quick happy new year and wish you all the best health and success this year. I also want to send you all a gentle reminder that though it’s a new year, you don’t need to worry about creating a huge list of goals, or trying to make any sudden lifestyle changes, or buy into new programs to try to make yourself better in any way.
You’re all perfect as you are, and change doesn’t happen overnight, it happens with habit, which takes 21 days to create. So enjoy what’s left of the holiday season and if you’re looking to make some lifestyle changes or a goals list, remember that no one is perfect and we all have our struggles. Be gentle with yourself and know that what you see online is only the highlights of other peoples’ lives. Everyone struggles, and everyone has bad days, we are human.
Oh, and I struggle and have lots of bad days too! :)
